A People Developer company, Dairy Farm Singapore believes in lifelong learning and skills upgrading for
develop its staff. Cold Storage’s HR Manager Nurhana Jamaludin embodied that when she was tasked to set up a HR department
from scratch.
To help her tackle this challenge, Dairy Farm put Nurhana through on-the-job training, enabling her to
glean skills from her younger but more experienced but junior colleagues.
Nurhana was also enrolled in the “Leaders-in-Development” Programme, an in-house course where she
learnt leadership strategies, project management and networking, all of which stood her in good stead for future career
progression.
