When Chris Tan first joined the company he was signed up for courses to help him understand his work as an Associate Technician. Later, Chris was given the opportunity to try out as a project coordinator and subsequently, a senior training coordinator.

To ease him into his new job, the company sponsored him for a Diploma in Human Resource Development at the Singapore Institute of Management. In 2003, he was also sponsored for a Management Degree programme.
