Carol took on her first job at Sony Display Device (Singapore) after graduating from Singapore Polytechnic. She witnessed her company’s active encouragement of staff to futher their knowledge and skills, which prompted Carol to enroll in a part-time Degree Course.

Upon completion, she secured her company’s approval to do a part-time Masters of Supply Chain Management and graduated in July 2005. She attributes her upgrading success to her company and feels confident to take on greater responsibilities in the near future.
