At ST Kinetics, lifelong learning is key to enhancing its productivity.

The company has been sponsoring workers to take up part-time courses as well as promoting a series of Continual Technical Training (CTT) to equip workers in technical areas that are vital to the company’s operations. Facilitated by subject matter experts, CTT is sliced into manageable modules to help their mature workers learn better.

Just this year 68 of them who have attended the training have been promoted. With this culture of learning, it is little wonder the company performs 18% above the industry’s average productivity rates.
