Terence started as an Apprentice in 1995 where his performance impressed his employers who invited him to rejoin after he completed his National Service as an Automotive Technician. and Terence continually trained to improve his career prospects when he completed NTC 3 and 2 in Automotive Technology.

He also attended GEM and CREST soft skill training which gave him the opportunity to be promoted through the ranks to Senior Service Advisor.

It was a challenge to maintain high standards at work and study at night after a long day but he persevered.

Terence will be pursuing a Diploma in Motor Trade Management early next year.
