Inspire 2006: Vision with Passion

Singapore , 07 April 2006 – MediaCorp Radio’s Capital 95.8FM and The Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association (SBPWA) are organizing a two-day conference, Inspire 2006: Vision with Passion to educate women on how to stay true to their vision with passion.

To commemorate International Women’s Day in 2005, MediaCorp Radio Capital 95.8FM and SBPWA joined hands to organise the inaugural Inspire 2005: Celebrating Woman in March 2005. The convention was a success, attended by more than 500 participants and graced by Mrs Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, Minister of State for the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister of State for Finance and Transport.

Inspire 2006: Vision with Passion will take place on 8 and 9 April 2006 at Orchard Hotel. This year, highly acclaimed women leaders hailing from United States, Canada, Brunei, China, Taiwan and Singapore will inspire the audience with their visions and how they have become successful leaders in their chosen fields. Th ey will speak on topics close to the hearts of today’s working women, including Leadership, Going Global, Work Life Balance, Breaking Barriers, Pursuing Your Passion and many more.

day Conference - S$ 180.00/OR S$ 162.00 (eRadio Club member) per person (inclusive of tea breaks and 2 lunches)

Part of the proceeds from the sale of the tickets will go to a scholarship fund to help deserving female tertiary students. The proceeds will also be used to subsidize deserving members in their pursuit of professional and business courses with the aim of promoting our members’ personal development.
